All-in-One Subscription
What is the All-in-One Subscription?
The All-in-One Subscription bundles Intratec's core subscription products into a single annual plan, each delivered at full coverage, with the same plan applied across every product.
The All-in-One Subscription brings together three core products — Primary Commodity Prices, Energy Prices & Markets, and Industry Economics & Competitiveness — under a single plan, each delivered at its complete coverage. The top plan also adds the current Commodity Production Costs Subscription.
It is a commercial offer assembled from existing products, not a new dataset. Each product keeps its own methodology, coverage model, and delivery logic; what changes is how you buy, govern access, and scale coverage. The defining ideas are threefold: one plan applied across every included product, full coverage of each product from the start, and one subscription-level access model with a single admin layer and user pool.
What plans and prices are available?
The All-in-One Subscription has three self-service plans — Pro, Advanced, and Advanced+ — each an annual subscription billed annually, with prices shown per month for comparison. The price is fixed once you choose a plan.
Each discount is measured against subscribing to that plan's included products separately at full coverage. A consultative Ultimate version is available through a separate quote (priced from a "starts at" figure) for teams that need broader rights or tailored terms.
How is it different from buying each product separately?
Three things distinguish the All-in-One Subscription from separate product subscriptions:
- Full coverage, no assembly. Each included product arrives with its complete coverage — all Primary Commodity Prices industries, all Energy Prices & Markets countries, and all Industry Economics & Competitiveness countries — with no base-scope selection or expansion step.
- One plan across products. You choose a single plan, and it applies to every included product. You do not mix plans across products.
- One operating model. The subscription is administered through one owner/admin layer and one user pool, instead of separate administration per product.
The result is broader, more connected coverage at a visible discount versus buying the same full-coverage products on their own.
What does each plan include?
The plan you choose is applied across all included products. Coverage is always complete; what changes between plans is the plan each product runs at, and whether Commodity Production Costs is included.
User counts apply to the whole subscription: Pro includes 3 users; Advanced and Advanced+ include 5 users each. Every authorized user can access all products in the subscribed plan.
What does the "+" in Advanced+ mean?
The "+" is the addition of Commodity Production Costs — not a higher plan on the other products. Advanced+ applies the Advanced plan to Primary Commodity Prices, Energy Prices & Markets, and Industry Economics & Competitiveness — the same as the Advanced plan — and adds the current annual Commodity Production Costs Subscription on top, covering all 6 subscription industries in the Detailed edition.
Because it tracks the current cycle, the bundled Commodity Production Costs year advances over time (2026, then 2027, and so on). Advanced+ is not an Ultimate bundle — the three subscription products stay on the Advanced plan.
Can I mix plans or customize coverage?
No. The All-in-One Subscription always applies one plan across all included products — you cannot, for example, take Primary Commodity Prices at Advanced with Energy Prices & Markets at Pro. The whole bundle moves as one plan.
Coverage is also fixed at full: every included product comes with its complete industry or country coverage, with no base-scope selection and no custom coverage inside the public plans. Teams that need tailored scope, broader rights, or special governance can request the consultative Ultimate version through a quote.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Upgrades are allowed at any time. The new term is charged with proportional credit for the prepaid, unused portion of the prior term. Upgrading into Advanced+ also grants immediate access to the current Commodity Production Costs cycle, including the reports already released in that cycle.
Downgrades are not supported mid-cycle. At renewal you may move into another All-in-One plan, but the structure stays intact — there is no country, industry, or core-product reduction inside the offer. If you leave Advanced+ by renewing into Advanced or Pro, access to Commodity Production Costs under the offer ends.
