Password Resetting

If you forgot your password you can easily reset it by clicking on "Forgot you Password" (in the login pop-up). More specifically, please follow the instructions below:

Select the 'Log In' link located on the top menu of any page at Intratec website

A pop-up login form will show up - click on the "Forgot you Password" link

You will be prompted to inform the email address of your account - inform the email and click on the submit button

You will receive a verification code via email - follow the instructions in this email to reset your password

Not Getting the Verification Code

If you are having trouble to get the verification code, please follow the instructions below:

Check your spam or junk folder, and whitelist any email sent from us that you may find in these folders, to ensure that our future messages will reach your inbox

Access Intratec website using Google Chrome or Firefox (Internet Explorer is not supported)

Make sure Javascript is enabled (Javascript is required to navigate Intratec website and to use most features in the user area)

By following these instructions, you should have not trouble for getting the validation code and logging in.

Maximum Log-in Limit Message

A maximum log-in limit message is displayed when you try to log in our website being already logged in

Please note that, for security reasons, each user account can access our website once at a time - no concurrent/simultaneous logins are allowed.
So once you login to our website in one computer or browser you will only be able to log in using this same account in another computer or browser after logging out.

If you leave our website and do not log out from your account, it will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity.

If you get this message and cannot access the computer where you were previously logged in you should wait for a maximum of 30 minutes and then retry to log in.
