How do I update the payment method?

Updating Payment Methods

If you are the owner of a subscription and paid for it using a credit card, you can easily update the payment method by following the steps below:

Log in at with your email and password (top-menu)

Once logged in, click on “Account” (top-menu) and then on "Subscriptions Billing"

Locate the subscription and click on "Manage Billing"

Click on the button “Edit”

In the payment method, click on the link Update

You will be redirected to FastSpring, the payment processor used by Intratec, to update your payment method

Click on the button "Manage", then on "Update payment method" and proceed

Only subscription owners can manage billing information
