How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling a Subscription

A subscription can be easily cancelled, online, at any time by its owner.

The owner must follow the steps below to cancel the subscription:

Log in at with email and password (top-menu)

Click on “Account” (top-menu) and then on "Subscriptions Billing"

Locate the subscription to be cancelled and click on "Billing Info"

Click on the link "Cancel", under “Recurring Status”

Once the subscription is cancelled, the subscription users will continue to have access to it until the end of the current billing period. An email will be sent confirming that the recurring billing is interrupted.
