Credit Card Transaction Problems

If you had problems using your credit card, please do not attempt to purchase again before reading the instructions below. If you have multiple transactions denied, at some point you will likely be blocked from further attempts due to security reasons.

About Denied Credit Card Transactions



Credit card transactions may be denied due to a number of reasons. If your credit card transaction was denied when trying to purchase Intratec products, please carefully read below.

Doublecheck the Credit Card Information

Please verify if your credit card data are correct, including the credit card number, name, validity date and the CVV code (usually located on the back of your card). For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the CVV is the last 3 digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line. For an American Express card, the CVV is the last 4 digits at the very end of your card number.

Contact the Credit Card Issuer

If your credit card data are correct but the payment did not work, that is probably because your credit card issuer declined the transaction. This may happen for different reasons such as insufficient funds or unusual transactions. In such cases, please contact the credit card issuer to make sure that the funds are sufficient and the transaction is approved.

Try Splitting Up Your Purchase

If you followed the steps 1-3 but your transaction was denied again, and if your order includes more than one Intratec product, you may try splitting up your order (that is, you may try purchasing one product at a time).

Try Using another Credit Card

If you followed the steps 1-3 but still could not conclude the purchase, we kindly ask you try using another credit card if possible.

Try Using Alternative Payment Methods

If you followed the steps 1-4 but still could not conclude the purchase, please use another payment method, such as bank transfer or PayPal transfer.

If you followed the steps 1-5 but still could not conclude the purchase, please contact our sales team. We will try routing you to another payment gateway (platform used for processing the payment).
