## Sharing Scope by Plan {#sharing-scope-by-plan}

### Can I share Intratec data outside my organization? {#can-i-share-intratec-data-outside-my-organization}

> Sharing data with parties outside your subscribing organization — clients, partners, or external entities — requires the Ultimate plan. All standard plans (Starter, Pro, Advanced) restrict data use to within the subscriber's own organization or business group.

**Sharing scope by plan:**

| Pro | Same business only — global access |
| Advanced | Business group (parent company + subsidiaries) |
| Ultimate | Third-party sharing and product/service integration permitted |

**Starter and Pro** restrict data use to a single business entity. The difference is geographic: Starter access is geo-restricted to the country where the subscription was purchased; Pro removes the geo-restriction but still limits access to a single business.

**Advanced** extends sharing to a business group — a parent company and its subsidiaries. Advanced subscribers can also request multi-domain access (subject to approval) so users from different subsidiary domains within the same business group can be added to the subscription.

**Ultimate** is the only plan that permits sharing data with external parties. With Ultimate, organizations can:

- Share data with clients, partners, or other external entities.
- Embed data in client-facing platforms, dashboards, or reports.
- Integrate data into proprietary products, services, or analytics offerings.

**Reselling raw Intratec data is not permitted under any plan, including Ultimate.** Ultimate licensing covers integration and value-added redistribution, not pure resale of the underlying assessments.
